Demo form: your email address and your explicit consent.

Technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure the site (logs, IP address, browser type). No advertising cookies are used.

To respond to your demo requests and contact you about them; to keep the site secure and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Where the GDPR applies, processing relies on your consent (the form) and, where relevant, on our legitimate interest in securing and operating the site.

Vendors process data on our behalf, only as needed: email delivery (Resend), hosting (Amazon Web Services) and storage of requests (Supabase).

They are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. No data is resold.

Some processors may handle data outside Quebec or the EU, notably in the United States.

Before any such transfer, we carry out the assessment required by Law 25 and frame it with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms under the GDPR).

We keep your information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, at most 24 months after the last contact for demo requests, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw your consent, and request data portability.

In Quebec (Law 25) you also have a right to cessation of dissemination and de-indexing. In the EU (GDPR) you may object to processing and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

The site is intended for a professional audience and not for minors, whose information we do not knowingly collect.
